Individual Counseling + Coaching (in-person + ZOOM)

• In-Person $120
  During a brief intake, we will discuss what type of care you may need - i do traditional counseling and mental health care for those going through health, relationship or money/career issues. My unique approach utilizing Energy Medicine and Energy Psychology will quickly calm you and help us begin to better understand the underlying traumas and the work to change their hormonal affects on your emotions and energy. 
• Zoom Session (60 min) $120
